Questions
- What do I pay for postage?
- Each label costs the price shown when you choose a rate. That price includes the carrier’s charge and, where our provider agreement allows it, a platform fee. Nothing is added at checkout.
- Can the carrier charge more later?
- Yes. Carriers sometimes re-weigh or re-measure packages, or correct addresses, and bill an adjustment. We pass adjustments through at cost and show them in your account; large ones are reviewed by our team first.
- Can I get a refund for a label I didn’t use?
- You can request a void for an unused label. The refund is issued after the carrier approves it; review times vary by carrier, and carriers can decline.
- How do subscriptions work?
- Plans are billed monthly by Stripe. You can change or cancel your plan from the billing portal at any time.
- Is there a test mode?
- Yes. Test labels let you try everything without buying real postage; they are clearly marked as not valid for postage.
